38개 직업군에 해당하는 연방이민 신청자는 교육, 영어, 경력, 나이, 캐나다 취업, 적응력 등 6가지의 평가항목에서 총 67점 이상을 받아야 자격이 주어진다. 이중에 영어와 경력부문은 모두 20점이 넘기 때문에 가장 큰 변수가 되고 있다. 이번에 지정된 이들 직업은 모두 직업분류(NOC)의 스킬 타입 ‘0’에 해당한다.
