【모집 대상】
l 어르신들에 대한 애정과 섬김의 자세를 가진 분

【담당 업무】
l 시설 운영 총괄 관리 * 직원 및 거주자 간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션
l 지역 사회와의 네트워크 강화 및 운영 개선 및 새로운 프로그램 개발
【우대 사항】
l 실버타운 또는 요양 시설 관련 경력자
l 커뮤니티 관리 및 리더십 경험자
l 한국어 및 영어 능통자

【Job Requirements】
· A person with genuine affection for and dedication to serving seniors.
· A leader who values teamwork and communication within the organization.
· Someone with a creative and responsible approach to driving the development of facility operations.
【Responsibilities】
· Overall management of facility operations, ensuring smooth communication between staff and residents.
· Strengthening the network with the local community, improving operations, and developing new programs.
【Preferred Qualifications】
· Experience in senior living or nursing home facilities.
· Experience in community management and leadership.
· Proficiency in both Korean and English.
【Additional Requirements】
· A person who can serve seniors with a warm heart rather than just impressive qualifications.
· A leader who can grow and collaborate with employees.
· Someone who can lead Amenida’s growth through new challenges and changes.
