We are seeking a skilled Finishing Carpentry trade to be our partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finishing carpentry and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all finishing work meets high standards of quality and craftsmanship. This role involves working on various projects, including single family and multi-family, where precision and expertise in carpentry are essential.

Responsibilities

* Execute finishing carpentry tasks, including installing interior doors, window trim, baseboard, handrails, stringer capping , wall capping and so on. 

* Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper execution of designs.

* Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square to maintain structural integrity.

* Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects on time.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.

* Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.

* Ability to assemble various interior doors and handrails. 

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

* Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
