Job Summary
We are Canada's leading wellness brand specializing in premium nutritional supplements, seeking a motivated Sales Representative for door-to-door outreach and cold calling to introduce our products to health supplement stores and businesses.

Duties

• Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services to potential customers.
• Utilize effective communication techniques to engage prospects and address their needs.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our offerings to confidently answer questions and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce tool.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market approaches and improve overall performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by following up with leads and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.

Experience

• Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or door-to-door sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
• Familiarity with inside/outdoor sales is a plus; experience in customer service is highly valued.
