커머셜 컨스트럭션 경력이 필요하며 스틸 프레이밍, 드라이월 보딩, 테이핑, 페인팅, 마감재 경력자 우대합니다. 영어는 유창할 필요는 없으나 현장에서 어느정도 의사소통이 가능하여야 합니다.

WJP Construction Ltd. is looking for a skilled labourer who has commercial construction experience. Experience in steel framing, drywall boarding, taping, painting, and finish carpentry is preferred. 

As a skilled labourer you will be working alongside our site supervisor and project managers assisting them with the overall process of the construction.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Execute skilled tasks related power tools and saws

• Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics and project specifications

• Operate a variety of hand tools and other construction equipment

• Comply with worksite safety programs and relevant safety legislation, ensure a safe working environment

• Collaborate with other team members in various construction activities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met

• Maintain cleanliness and organization on-site

• Troubleshoot and problem-solve as issues arise during the construction projects

• Other duties may be assigned

• Follow and adhere to all other company policies and procedures

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• 2 or more years of related experience preferred

• Comfortable working at heights (Scissor lift or scaffold)

• WHIMIS, valid fall arrest certification, valid aerial work platform certification and other safety certifications are an asset, but not mandatory as training will be provided.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected working hours: 40 per week
