Position: Store  Manager - Retail

Wage: $46.15 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job Duties:

 Establish and maintain the daily activities of the store, ensuring all departments (produce, dairy, meats, deli) function smoothly;

 Develop and implement localized marketing strategies and promotions to enhance customer service, boost store sales, and increase profitability;

 Identify customer demand, market trends, and competitive offerings to determine the need for new products or services. Source potential new suppliers or vendors, negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules, and build strong, sustainable relationships;

 Recruit, supervise, manage, and motivate employees to ensure high performance, while overseeing staff schedules and ensuring sufficient coverage;

 Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, handling complaints, and fostering a friendly shopping environment;

 Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management to avoid overstocking or understocking, which can lead to increased costs or lost sales;

 Develop, manage, and monitor the store's budget, including sales forecasts, expense control, and operational costs, to achieve financial goals.;

 Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports for management, detailing sales, expenses, and profitability;

 Manage the payroll process, ensuring employees are scheduled efficiently to meet customer demand while staying within labor budget constraints;

 Ensure the store complies with all financial regulations, including tax laws, financial reporting standards, and internal audit requirements;

 Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies regarding product handling, hygiene, and customer service.

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

- 1 year to less than 2 years of managerial work experience.
