We are looking for a talented individual with experience and a passion to join to our production management department. The Production Planning Co-ordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating between the supply chains and operations of the packaging production facilities and ensuring the overall safety, efficiency and optimization of supply and demand. They must be able to work effectively on their own, perform data analysis and have the ability to adapt and problem solve on a daily basis.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning and controlling production activities based on supply and demand cycles
- Performing data analysis and designing a demand plan
- Using planning system and other methodologies to reduce cost in supply channels
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Coordinating and developing production targets with both the management and production frontlines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in production, demand planning and inventory management is an asset
- Exhibits the ability to be analytical and support analysis with data
- Organized and efficient
- Committed to excellence with demonstrated proficiency in fulfilling the responsibilities of the roles
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English in all formats, including documents, briefing notes, reports, presentations, emails, etc.
- Self-driven, proven ability to deliver on initiatives
- Must be able to speak fluent Korean
