• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations

• Handle inventory and cost control

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work closely with ownership to implement business goals and promotions

• Previous restaurant management experience (2+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Fluent in English
• Food Safety certification
