Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our team! If you have a passion for coffee, tea, and great customer service, this role is for you. You’ll prepare and serve beverages, provide an exceptional guest experience, and help maintain a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other menu items.
• Operate the POS system for order taking and payment processing.
• Deliver excellent customer service — take accurate orders, engage with customers, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including prep areas and dining space.
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep and restocking supplies.
• Work efficiently with team members during busy periods.
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic kitchen and food prep skills required.
• Previous barista or café experience preferred (not required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math ability for cash handling and retail transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros, etc.) is a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude and good self-motivation.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
