Key Responsibilities:
1. Support quotation and new product development activities by reviewing customer technical requirements and product specifications.
2. Support quality investigations related to customer complaints, supplier issues, and internal non-conformances.
3. Work closely with production teams to understand printing, lamination, slitting, and pouch converting processes.
4. Coordinate sample requests, product trials, and technical evaluations with internal teams and suppliers.
