The shared space is the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and storage room. Includes dishwasher, in-suite washer and dryer, balcony, and energized parking. The bedroom for rent is furnished, includes a double bed, desk and chair as you can appreciate in the images.
No smoking but pets are allowed. Rent is $800/month + damage deposit (also $800). Rent includes utilities with internet under normal usage. Available September 1st and possible early move-in date if required. Long-term will be given priority.
