Position: Hairstyling Salon Manager
Wage: $40.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week
Job Duties:
• Oversee and ensure the efficient execution of all daily salon operations, including structured opening and closing procedures, optimized client flow, and the seamless delivery of high-quality K-Beauty services incorporating the latest trends to maintain operational excellence and maximize customer satisfaction
• Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and promotional events, while monitoring performance and providing constructive coaching or targeted trial
• Maintain inventory of hair products, styling tools, and K-Beauty brand items by monitoring usage, ensuring timely reordering, and managing vendor relationships to support uninterrupted operations
• Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and payroll while implementing strategic cost-control measures to maximize profitability without compromising service quality
• Prepare comprehensive operational reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, and analyze trends to optimize operations and drive revenue growth
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and special events to expand the salon’s customer base and showcase the latest beauty techniques and services
• Recruit, train, and mentor hairstylists in K-Beauty techniques and service standards, and monitor performance to ensure efficient salon operations, and foster a collaborative, innovative salon culture aligned with K-Beauty aesthetics
• Ensure consistent adherence to hygiene, safety, and K-Beauty service standards while actively monitoring client satisfaction and promptly addressing operational issues
