1. Head Sushi Chef / Master Sushi Chef

• Requirements: Minimum 5 years of sushi experience.

• Skills: Proficient in fish butchery/cutting (whole fish), sashimi prep, sushi, and rolls.

• Pay: $21 – $26 / hr (depending on experience & efficiency) + Tips

2. Sushi Roll / Kitchen Chef

• Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant kitchen or sushi roll experience.

• Availability: Full-Time or Part-Time

• Pay: $18 – $23 / hr (depending on experience) + Tips
