Kitchen Helper / Prep Staff

Job Overview
We are currently hiring both Full-time and Part-time Kitchen Helper / Prep Staff to join our team at a busy restaurant. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and supporting overall kitchen operations.

Full-time positions are available for flexible schedules and broader kitchen responsibilities.
Part-time shifts are primarily evening shifts from 5or6 PM to 9 or 10 PM.

Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen prep work
Wash, cut, and organize ingredients for service
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas
Support chefs and kitchen staff during service hours
Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning
Help organize inventory and restock supplies when needed
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Perform opening and closing kitchen duties

Qualifications
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset but not required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to handle physical kitchen work and stand for extended periods

Additional Preferences
Ability to speak Korean is an asset (not required)

Schedule
Part-time evening shifts: 6 PM to 9 or 10 PM
