Sadly, my roommate is moving abroad, and I am looking for a roommate for my two-bedroom one-bathroom apartment.(2bed and 1bath)
It is a spacious condo located in Varsity NW directly across from Market Mall near all amenities, Safeway, the University of Calgary, and Children's Hospital. Several bus routes near the place (108/19/422/53/65).
The shared space is the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and storage room. Includes dishwasher, in-suite washer and dryer, balcony, and energized parking. The bedroom for rent is furnished, includes a double bed, desk and chair as you can appreciate in the images.
No smoking, pot, or pets are allowed. Rent is $800/month + damage deposit (also $800). Available from now and possible early move-in date if required. Long-term will be given priority.
