Banzai Casual Sushi House is looking for a motivated and reliable Sushi Chef / Sushi Cook to join our growing team.
Position:
- Full-Time or Part-Time Sushi Chef / Sushi Cook
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other Japanese menu items
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and kitchen organization
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Previous sushi preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and food quality
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
