News에서 이 할머니 사망 소식 알려 줄 때

BGM으로 나온 이 노래는

1953년 8주동안 빌보드 챠트 1위를 기록한 곡이기도 합니다.

조금 다른 얘기로 

지난 1월 6일 오후 FM Radio에서 진행자가

그런 얘기를 하더군요,

이미 75%의 사람들이 새해 결심이 무너졌다구요,

저도 모르게 푸훗~!  웃음이 나왔습니다.

동서를 막론하고 사람들은 다 똑같구나 ㅎ 

다행인건 그럴 줄 알고 저는 일일단위의

특별한 계획은 세우지 않았거든요, ㅋ

저는 걍 올해는 시간이 허락하는 대로

산행을 많이 할 예정입니다.

올려다 보기만 하던 록키의 산들을 하나씩..

와우~

지난 연말 '레이크 루이스' '티하우스'까지

하이킹을 마치고 나서 든 생각은

자연의 불규칙성으로 인해

평소에는 잘 쓰지 않던 근육을

쓸 수 밖에 없도록 하는 산행이

실내에서 하는 운동보다 좋은 이유가 아닐까,

그래서 산이 예찬 받는 거라면

그 불가해함 또한 우리의 삶과

닮아 있어서가 아닐까,

뿐만 아니라

'바람도 아닌것에 흔들리고 엎지락거리는' 도시의 생활에

멀미를 느낄 때,

몸과 마음을 그대로 자연 속에 맡긴다면..예이~!!

저는 오늘 하루 쉬고

대신 주말에 일합니다..ㅠㅠ
