제목과 같이 옆집 나무 가지 및 뿌리가가 우리 펜스 경계를 넘어와서 저희집 백야드에 솔잎 및 송진이 떨어지고 그 나무 뿌리때문에 잔디가 잘 자리지 않고 있을 뿐더러 나무가 점점 더 기울어져 조금만 더 많은 젖은 눈이 올 경우 우리집쪽으로 쓰러질 것이 예상되는데 시청에 얘기하면 처리해 줄까요?
그리고 나무가 쓰러지면 펜스도 같이 넘어갈것 같은데 그럼 펜스는 누가 보상/수리해야 하는지요?
